We all mourn the light of Mac's life, his angel Kim.

For Kim from her loving husband, Mac

She is my shining light and always will be. Her life was a testament to love and healing and everyone who met her felt the glow from this warm, loving and giving being. She means everything to me but I know we'll be together again in a better place. She is a flower and a dream, and finally the Angel she always was...Her family and friends are spread all over the world but the outpouring of love for her is just a reflection of the love she gave. She said, "You get what you give" and as always she's absolutely right.

Kim is an Angel, finally.

Thank you all so much for your expressions of love and sympathy for Mac, Mandy, Dermot, Lee and all their loved ones. Though our hearts are filled with such sorrow and pain, your continued sentiments, thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated. Kim's astonishing spirit has left us all such a beautiful legacy and it is one that will continue to inspire others.

Please share your condolences and sign the Guest Book for Kim.

We have chosen a very important charity in Kim's honor

Texas Advocacy Project

The Kim McLagan Memorial Fund

This year marks Women's Advocacy Project's 25th Anniversary.

In celebration of this milestone, we have changed our name to more accurately reflect our diverse client base, as well as our statewide presence. As of March 1st, 2007 we are Texas Advocacy Project. Please join us in embracing this exciting new chapter in the history of our organization.

The Project is a statewide, nonprofit, legal organization that promotes access to justice for Texans in need. Started in 1982 as a legal hotline, the agency has evolved over the years into a leading service provider in the field of family law, particularly where it pertains to helping survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking. We now provide a full range of legal services to victims of these crimes across the state of Texas.
